Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made through the official online store of Johor Motorsports Racing, operated by JMR Operations & Services Sdn. Bhd.

Shipping Destinations

We are pleased to offer delivery to the following locations:

  1. Malaysia – including both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia
  2. Selected international destinations

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the weight of your items, and the selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to busy peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen courier delays.

Order Processing

  1. All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  2. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  3. For international orders, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. This additional time ensures proper handling, customs documentation, and quality checks prior to shipment.

We collaborate with reputable courier service providers, including:

  • Ninjavan
  • J&T Express
  • DHL
  • PosLaju 

Courier selection is based on your destination and service availability to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.

Delivery Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Customs clearance procedures (for international orders)

We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if there are any major changes to your delivery status.

Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer will assume responsibility for:

  • Re-shipping costs
  • Any applicable return charges

To avoid such issues, please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international orders,  customs duties, import taxes, or related fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

While we are unable to cover delays or costs incurred during customs processing, we will provide reasonable support with documentation or updates as required. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Johor Motorsports Racing, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should any item not meet your expectations, we are here to assist. Kindly review the following guidelines to understand our return and exchange procedures.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchange 

  • All returns or exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customised or personalised merchandise
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events
  • Products not returned in their original condition

Returns & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at [support@johorracing.com] within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason for your request.
  3. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with the designated return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Please allow 7 to 21 business days for the refund to be processed, subject to your payment provider’s timelines.

Exchange Process

  • We currently do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.
  • If you wish to change the size, colour, or style of a product, we recommend submitting a return request (subject to approval) and placing a new order for the desired item.
  • Exchange requests are only considered for items that meet all return eligibility criteria and must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • All replacement orders are treated as new transactions and are subject to standard pricing and shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@johorracing.com].Kindly include clear photos of the issue. We will prioritise a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
